Return Policy
Effective January 28, 2008 The following return policy applies to (i) all purchases of Frontline Learning LLC's ("Frontline") products purchased online directly from Frontline's ecommerce website www.shop.frontlinelearning.com (ii) directly from Frontline Learning in Minneapolis, Minnesota USA via phone or in person, or (iii) at an event where Frontline Learning's representatives are selling Frontline product(s).
The following policy does not apply to any purchases of Frontline's products made from a third party reseller. All purchases of Frontline's products from a third party reseller must be returned to the reseller where the product was originally purchased, not directly to Frontline Learning. Frontline Learning DVDs and Audio CDS DVD and CD returns are accepted up to 30 days after you receive your product for a full refund for products that are returned where the factory seal is unbroken and the product is in new condition. For example, CDs and DVDs must be in their original factory sealed packaging to receive a full refund. Any product that is opened and/or the factory seal is broken is not eligible for a refund.
Closeout Specials, Discontinued Products or Specific Promotions Closeout specials or discontinued products are not eligible for a return or exchange at any time. Exchanges We will exchange a defective item for a new copy of the same item up to 60 days from the time you purchased your product. We will exchange an item that we erroneously shipped to you for the correct item up to 30 days from the time you received your product.
Warranty
Frontline Learning does not warrant that the functions contained in Frontline's products will meet your requirements or that the operation of the products will be uninterrupted or error free. However, when the Frontline product is furnished on a tangible medium, Frontline warrants the medium to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. In all instances above, shipping costs are non-refundable. For defective products or shipments that are a result of our error, contact us for a postage-paid return label. Follow these steps to return merchandise by mail: Contact us via email at returns@frontlinelearning.com to receive your Return Authorization Number (RA Number).
A Returns Specialist will contact you within 24 hours (weekends and holidays excluded from 24 hour period) hours. Once the RA Number has been issued, it will be valid for 14 business days (for domestic and Canadian returns), 30 business days (for international returns). Package your return item(s) securely; using the same package it came in, if possible. Indicate the reason for your return, the nature of any defect, and the RA Number on your packing slip. On the outside of the package, write the RA Number clearly. Any package received without the RA Number on the outside of the package will be refused. It is recommended that you send returned items via an insured traceable carrier. Frontline Learning is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
