What My CSRs Told Me... |

We had five CSRs share the DvDs and over the course of several months they worked their way through all of the DvDs. Here is what they told me: 1. The content was good and practical, very "real world." 2. They liked the way that it is broken up into brief daily lessons. 3. They HATED the "homework" assignments, but we required everyone to do them, and they ultimately agreed that the assignemtns helped to reiforce the learning. 4. Final point: The program worked. Our customer surveys have shown a significant improvement in their perception of the friendlines and professionalism of our CSRs. And this has translated into a much better perception of our company as a whole.
